古田芋蛋麵Mee Potato or Potato Mee

古田縣的街頭，有點像咱們的Pasar Malam，有許多攤口，不少是具當地特色口味的小食；
Around the Kutian street, just like Pasar Malam, a lot of stalls selling anything and offers a lot of foods and so on The Potato Mee is among one of them. We took a lot of photos and taste it in order to write a book about the traditional Foochow flavor!

台灣胡椒餅Kong Bian of Taipei

台北永康街一個路邊攤賣胡椒餅，標明福州世祖，其實就是光餅！

這種製法與傳統的光餅製是一樣的，只是其中加了餡料及胡椒粉！

問年輕小伙子，是福州人嗎，答曰不是，老板是！還要多久會製好，他說15分鐘......

對面是永康心，賣芒菓冰的，就先order了冰來吃；然後，看到新出爐的胡椒光餅，配著冰吃，還真不錯呢！
